What to expect for this event:
Our bodies are always talking, though rarely through words. More like stiff necks, tight jaws, sleepless nights, and that “mysterious headache” that shows up the day of an event that you never wanted to attend anyway.
You know those moments when your body seems to have a mind of its own?
Like when…
• You say “I’m fine” while your throat feels like it’s holding back a boulder.
• You smile and nod while your stomach flips like a trampoline.
• You keep it together all day, then have a full-on meltdown the entire drive home.
• You agree to “help out just this once”…and wake up with a headache or a migraine that takes you out.
These are not coincidental…it’s your body’s memory intelligence. It remembers the rules, beliefs, and “shoulds” we have all been carrying since childhood, and it will keep sending signals until we learn to listen.
If any of this resonates, consider this your personal invitation…
…this workshop is for you.
In this two-hour session we’ll breathe, laugh, maybe cry a little, and learn practical ways to notice what the body is saying before it starts shouting.
Expect grounding, simple awareness practices, a touch of journaling, and gentle embodied exercises.
You will leave with your own Expanded Body Listening Diagnostic Map: a visual and written guide that translates your body’s reactions into emotional wisdom, helping you recognize patterns, understand hidden messages, and choose practices that restore balance whenever emotions arise.
