Each Gals That Gather event begins with a stop at our beverage bar for a cup of cacao or tea and a moment to ground into the circle.
From there our co-host will guide you into the evening activity and topic:
What to expect for this event:
A divine feminine gathering that gently calls you to deepen your relationship with your womb - through revealing communication with your body, awakening Her wisdom and opening sacred space for embodied reflection, intuitive listening and soulful self-expression.
Important details: you are invited to bring a journal and writing tool, add a crystal to the circle to charge and wear comfortable clothing for sitting in your truth.

- Wear comfortable clothing (all practices are seated - no yoga mat required)
- Bring a journal and pen for reflections and notes
