Each Gals That Gather event begins with a stop at our beverage bar for a cup of cacao or tea and a moment to ground into the circle.

Is it Dopamine or Destiny? is a playful, practical workshop that helps you untangle the rush of attraction from the roots of true alignment.
Laurena, an educational psychologist, will guide you through hands-on exercises and reflective prompts rooted in the science of attachment and the psychology of attraction, layered with intuitive insightand soul work.
You’ll learn how to recognize and decode your own pattern and get clear on what really matters before you commit — so you’re not just chasing butterflies, you’re choosing connection.
Important Details for Participants
- Wear comfortable clothing (all practices are seated - no yoga mat required)
- Bring a journal and pen for reflections and notes
