Mud + Otis - Calm Chamomile Flower Toner

Formulated to gently tone, hydrate and soothe winter skin. Witch hazel is a mild astringent helping to tighten and constrict pores while chamomile is anti-inflammatory and brightening. Chamomile inspires calm.
